        Job Description

1. Candidate should be able to do new product development as per customer drawing
2.     Candidate should be able to do setting & programming on FANUC controls should aware of various codes, conversant with trouble shooting
3. Good knowledge of cutting Tool selection & setting on machine, production management.
4. knowledge of jigs & fixtures    

    

           Desired Profile

   1. DME with 8-10 years Exp. In new product development
   2. Should be able to read engineering drawing & do the job setting & familiar with measuring instruments.
   3. Good knowledge of setting & programming, .
   4. Documentation as per ISO & AS
   5. Proficiency in Unigraphics Nx3 and UG CAD/CAM With knowledge of solid modeling, surfacing, Manufacturing.
   6. Programming of models using  UG CAM  for various types of jobs such as cavity  machining, pocket milling,  surface milling, hole making , cam hole making, wall taper machining etc.
